🚀 Newly Created | Senior Manager – Global Cost & Inventory Accounting | Remote
We’ve partnered with a rapidly scaling, commercial-stage biotech experiencing exceptional growth and building out its global infrastructure following its first FDA-approved product.
This is a newly created role reporting to an outstanding Senior Director who brings deep expertise in cost and inventory accounting and is looking for someone he can mentor and develop as the organization continues to scale.
The key requirement is strong standard costing experience, not simply developing standard costs, but hands-on depth with overhead rates, overhead/inventory absorption, inventory valuation and COGS .
This is a hands-on Senior Manager role that will own detailed accounting, including JEs and reconciliations, while also helping build and improve processes as the company expands globally.
Ideal background:
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong standard costing and inventory accounting expertise
• ERP experience required; NetSuite a plus
• Biopharma experience preferred, but not required
• CPA/CMA a plus
🌎 Remote – West Coast preferred, but flexible
💰 Target: $175K base + 15% bonus + meaningful equity (RSUs + options)
