About The Role A highly skilled manager of Supplier and Product Management with deep expertise in coating or related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply base and driving product strategy to align with market demands and business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management. A deep understanding of industry coating and related market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the coatings and related sector.
What You Will Deliver
- Supplier Strategy & Management: Develop and execute global/regional product portfolio strategies. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost competitiveness and supply security.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies, geopolitical issues, and raw material price volatility.
- Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life. Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to guide new supplier development based on market trends, customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, tech, and Operations teams to align product and supplier strategies with overall business objectives.

- Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities are important for all kinds of internal communication.
- Good spoken and written English skill
- Good experience of chemical products management, customer mapping, segment mapping, relative data analysis.
- Risk, Relationship management, Strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
- More than 5 years working experience in coating, ink, related market or plastic market, with a focus on supplier management, procurement, or product management.
