About the role
We are hiring a Senior Key Account Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage strategic retail accounts in the toys, trendy toys, collectibles, and die-cast model industry. This role is based in North Jakarta and involves managing major Indonesian KA channels such as Indomaret, Alfamart, Matahari, Gramedia, Toys Kingdom, and similar retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and achieve sales targets for assigned Key Account clients
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales and business plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Develop new stores, accounts, and business opportunities within the KA channel
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, forecasts, and product availability
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and in-store merchandising activities
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients and develop joint business plans
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, rebates, and marketing support
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams
About you
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in Key Account Sales / Key Account Management
- Experience in toys, collectibles, trendy toys, die-cast models, FMCG, or related consumer products is preferred
- Hands-on experience managing major Indonesian KA channels such as Indomaret, Alfamart, Matahari, Gramedia, Toys Kingdom, or similar retailers
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key client portfolios
- Strong sales analysis, forecasting, negotiation, and business development skills
- Good relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
- Strong interest in toys, collectibles, trendy toys, or die-cast models is highly preferred
