Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot
- Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and SonarQube
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Financial services or banking domain experience is a plus
- Experience with React or Angular is a plus
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks
