Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee a full technology workstream involving multiple product vendors, service vendors, technology teams, and internal business partners . This role will own project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, status reporting, and delivery across multiple technology domains.
The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of IT project management experience, strong Microsoft Project and process management skills, and the ability to independently drive complex technology initiatives. Experience with Service Transition, Quality Design, Architecture Review, and vendor coordination will be particularly valuable.
What This Person Will Be Working On
- Oversee the complete technology project workstream from planning through delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate progress across multiple teams, vendors, business partners, and technology domains
- Manage dependencies, milestones, schedules, risks, issues, and action items
- Coordinate activities across product vendors and service vendors
- Provide regular Weekly Status Reports to operational teams and management
- Coordinate Service Transition Planning & Support activities
- Support Quality Design and Architecture Review processes
- Track project progress and proactively address delivery risks or roadblocks
- Maintain clear communication between technical, operational, vendor, and management stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of IT Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong IT and technology project management skills
- Strong experience developing and maintaining project plans in Microsoft Project
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology workstreams
- Strong process management skills and familiarity with structured IT processes
- Experience coordinating multiple internal teams and technology domains
- Experience managing product vendors and service vendors
- Strong project scheduling, milestone, dependency, risk, and issue management skills
- Experience developing and presenting project status reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive and capable of working independently
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing project priorities and requirements

- Familiarity with Quality Design and technical governance processes
- Experience managing enterprise-scale technology implementations
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience
