About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a complex, high-visibility Data and Analytics integration program supporting a major business transformation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering data platform, BI, analytics, and enterprise reporting programs , preferably in an M&A integration, carve-out, separation, or transformation environment .
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading data platform, BI, analytics, data engineering, or enterprise reporting programs within large, global organizations.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team and multi-region technology programs against fixed business-committed deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with M&A integrations, technology carve-outs, business separations, or major enterprise transformations .
- Strong experience managing Day 1 dependencies, transition constraints, cross-company coordination, and complex stakeholder decisions.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture and analytics platforms, including:
- Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures
- BI and enterprise reporting
- Data pipelines and integrations
- Data governance
- Master Data Management
- Direct experience harmonizing master data and business hierarchies across systems, business units, or organizations.
- Experience facilitating business decisions related to KPI definitions, reporting rules, and data standards.
