About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Insurance Pricing Implementation Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of personal auto insurance pricing programs across multiple states. This role is ideal for an insurance professional with strong Property & Casualty (P&C), personal auto, pricing, regulatory, and project management experience.
You will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned states and pricing initiatives, partnering with business, technology, product, and operational stakeholders to translate pricing strategies into accurate, compliant implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end implementation of personal auto insurance pricing programs across assigned states.
- Gather, document, and communicate business and product requirements to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for pricing programs, assigned states, and implementation workstreams.
- Partner with business, technology, product, data, and state operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business and pricing decisions.
- Research competitor offerings, insurance regulations, state requirements, and related filings.
- Develop recommendations that support state-level decisions and broader business strategy.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
- Identify and escalate implementation blockers while maintaining progress against key milestones.
- Provide regular project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Translate complex pricing concepts into clear and actionable information for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Educate technology partners on business objectives and communicate the impact of pricing changes to business and technical teams.
- Create presentations, analyses, requirements documentation, and other project artifacts.
- Support knowledge transfer, job-shadowing, and training for junior analysts and business users.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance, analytics, product, pricing, implementation, or project management.
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.
- Experience with personal auto insurance strongly preferred.
- Experience with insurance pricing, rating, product implementation, or related initiatives.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulatory requirements and state-specific implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects or cross-functional workstreams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, business, or another quantitative field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with SAS, Python, or other analytical/statistical tools.
- Experience with Atlassian/Jira or similar project management platforms.
- Experience working with insurance filings, regulatory requirements, or state Departments of Insurance.
- Experience translating business requirements into technology implementations.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts.

The successful candidate will demonstrate measurable business impact through successful pricing implementations, regulatory compliance, project delivery, process improvements, and data-driven recommendations. Candidates should be able to clearly articulate the outcomes and KPIs associated with their previous work.
