Schedule: Contract (3-Month Initial Term, Full-Time hours)
Are you ready to spearhead a massive global training localization initiative for an iconic, industry-leading hospitality brand? We are looking for a strategic, multi-lingual consultative partner to optimize, format, and ensure the instructional integrity of over 350 operational assets reaching 135,000+ team members worldwide. This high-visibility contract opportunity allows you to drive international brand alignment by bridging the gap between world-class instructional design and technical desktop publishing.
Responsibilities:
- Execute meticulous technical desktop publishing and post-translation formatting across digital and print mediums to rectify text expansion and ensure precise visual alignment with source content.
- Optimize global end-to-end multimedia asset pipelines using advanced eLearning and graphic design tools to maintain rigorous instructional integrity across diverse international markets.
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and linguists to audit translated content for technical accuracy, clarity, and nuanced contextual relevance.
- Govern complex cloud-based file management and localization workflows utilizing advanced translation platforms and SharePoint environments to secure seamless hand-offs and archiving.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience driving instructional design, technical writing, or localization management within a dynamic corporate, retail, or restaurant operations environment.

- Business Impact: Proven track record of managing large-scale asset translation workflows and executing high-volume desktop publishing layout adjustments to counter linguistic text expansion.
- Education & Communication: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field, combined with absolute fluency in reading and auditing written Spanish or Korean to maintain strict contextual nuances.
