Key Requirements:
Strong Mainframe experience with DB2, VSAM, JCL, COBOL, CICS, and IBM MQ
Experience with mainframe modernization and integration solutions
Strong understanding of transaction processing, data integrity, messaging, and operational resilience
Ability to evaluate technical solutions and connect technology capabilities to business outcomes
Experience with solution proposals, SOWs, effort estimation, demos/POCs, and stakeholder engagement
Strong communication and presentation skills
Native-level English proficiency required
