Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support
Complete Care | South Jersey Complete Care is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support to support our South Jersey skilled nursing facilities, with the majority located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties .
This is a hands-on, multi-site HR role working closely with the Regional HR Director to support facility HR teams, ensure compliance, and provide guidance on employee relations and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
- Travel to facilities to assist with HR leadership coverage, vacancies, and operational needs.
- Mentor and support facility HR Directors, including onboarding and training.
- Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct personnel file and compliance audits.
- Support leave administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR processes.
- Partner with Regional HR leadership on special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare strongly preferred.
- Facility-level HR Director or HR Manager experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong employee relations and HR compliance knowledge.
- ADP and/or UKG experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple locations.
