Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering both operational excellence and business impact. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to support people processes, address day-to-day HR matters, and contribute practical HR solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Excellence
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR administration
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR processes aligned with company standards and local labor regulations
- Act as a reliable HR contact for employees and managers, providing timely and high-quality support
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify HR issues, analyze root causes, and propose improvements to enhance employee experience
- Support employee relations topics, policy interpretation, and HR case resolution when needed
- Participate in HR projects or initiatives to improve processes and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations
- Proven experience in at least two or more HR functional areas is preferred (e.g., HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, or talent management)
- Experience in large-scale technology or manufacturing companies (e.g., semiconductor industry)
- Passion to grow into an HR Partner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across different levels
- Demonstrated capability to propose solutions, not just execute tasks
