About the role
📍 Location (Nearest MRT): Bishan
⏰ Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am to 6pm
💰 Salary: UP to $5,500
📋 Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Support HR policies, procedures and employment compliance across the organisation.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis and annual salary reviews.
- Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration and performance improvement plans.
- Provide HR operations and employee support, covering onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports and dashboards, and support regional HR projects when required.
✅ Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
- Strong experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking and performance management.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, employment practices and employee life cycle processes.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with strong data analysis skills.
- Experience with HRIS and regional/multi-country HR operations will be an advantage.
