Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior GoLang AI Engineer with 6 to 7 years of experience in backend engineering cloud native application development and Artificial Intelligence solutions The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GoLang distributed systems microservices and experience building AIGen AI powered applications leveraging LLMs RAG frameworks and cloud platforms The role involves designing scalable enterprise solutions developing intelligent applications and driving innovation across AI and cloud native ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

GoLang Engineering

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang
• Build cloud native microservices and distributed systems
• Develop event driven applications utilizing Kafka NATS or similar messaging platforms
• Optimize application performance reliability and scalability
• Implement RESTful APIs gRPC services and secure integrations

AI Generative AI Development

• Design and implement AI powered business applications
• Build GenAI RAG and Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks
• Integrate enterprise applications with OpenAI Azure OpenAI Claude Gemini or Hugging Face models
• Develop vector search and semantic retrieval solutions using vector databases
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize AI models

Cloud Native DevOps

• Develop and deploy applications on AWS Azure or GCP
• Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Build and maintain CICD pipelines using GitHub Actions Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Apply DevSecOps and automated quality controls throughout the development lifecycle

Architecture Collaboration

• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Work closely with product owners’ architects and business stakeholders
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI and cloud native technologies

• Financial Services Banking Telecom or Enterprise Product Development experience preferred
