About the Opportunity
The Senior Global Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing global compensation strategies across the organization's brands. This position is responsible for administering equity programs, managing bonus plans, and conducting comprehensive compensation analyses. The role contributes to informed decision-making by providing financial modeling and data-driven insights that align compensation practices with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support assessment and optimization of global compensation strategies.
- Administer equity programs, including processing grants and maintaining records.
- Maintain bonus accrual files and coordinate with finance on payments.
- Process and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans.
- Participate in annual merit and variable pay plan administration.
- Complete global salary survey submissions and analyze results.
- Conduct competitive pay benchmarking and financial modeling.
- Perform statistical analysis and costing of total rewards programs.
- Prepare presentations with charts and graphs on compensation and HR analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably finance, mathematics, or computer science.
- Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience.
- Experience with at least one merit cycle.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Excel test required).
- Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Compensation range: 90,000.00 to 105,000.00 USD per year.
