About the Role

As a 5, you will design, develop, and enhance scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and support critical business outcomes. You will collaborate with product, user experience, engineering, and architecture teams to build modern, secure, and high-performing solutions. Success in this role requires balancing technical excellence with customer-centric design, driving architectural decisions, and contributing to the continuous evolution of engineering standards and best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop responsive, scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Partner with product and user experience teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Drive application architecture, technical design, and development best practices for front-end and full stack solutions.
• Build reusable, maintainable components that improve development efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality and performance.
• Optimize application performance through effective caching strategies, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection practices across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Support production environments through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing strategies, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering organization.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated 5+ Years experience developing modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and front-end application development.
• Expertise in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software architectures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating distributed services.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols, application security principles, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular or additional modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.
• Knowledge of functional programming concepts and frameworks.
• Experience developing and supporting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Experience with front-end build, automation, and DevOps tooling.
• Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
