About This Role
Building and optimizing websites and FMS projects is at the core of this role for a Senior Frontend Developer at SANTANA. The company leads digital marketing in the fitness industry and seeks a candidate who thrives in a high-performance team environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Webflow projects (partner websites, landing pages, funnels)
- Further develop and optimize the Full Membership System (FMS)
- Write custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in Webflow, including integrations and API connections
- Collaborate closely with fittec on custom code: booking flows, tech stack, and shared components
- Ideally implement projects in Webflow; alternatively in Framer
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation from Figma, reusable components/templates, and thorough documentation
- Conduct quality assurance: loading times, responsive design, SEO basics, and accessibility
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Frontend Developer at a senior level
- Deep expertise in Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code); ability to push the limits with code
- Ideally some experience with Framer
- Solid development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with APIs/integrations; familiarity with a JS framework (e.g., React) is a plus
- Strong sense of performance, SEO, clean code, and UX details
- Independent, structured working style with a high quality standard and reliability with deadlines
- Very good German and English skills; ideally also Spanish
- AI-first mindset: you use Claude & Co. as an integral part of your workflow
- Expertise with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
- A keen eye and strong sense of aesthetics and details
- Strong ability to translate requirements into design
