Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript to join our team.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications using Angular, with strong knowledge of RxJS, Angular Signals, standalone components, responsive design, testing, and front-end performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build scalable and maintainable front-end architectures using modern Angular practices.
- Work with Angular Signals, standalone components, modern control flow, and dependency injection.
- Apply performance optimization techniques involving rendering, change detection, and application bundle size.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Work with RxJS and reactive programming patterns where appropriate.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Follow secure coding practices, including OAuth2/OIDC, CORS, CSP, and XSS prevention.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and code quality.
- Stay current with modern Angular releases and evolving web development standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional Angular development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming.
- Experience with Angular 16+, preferably Angular 18, 19, or 20+.
- Experience with Angular Signals and modern Angular patterns.
- Strong understanding of standalone components, dependency injection, lifecycle hooks, and change detection.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive web development skills.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, or Jasmine.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching, pull requests, and code review practices.
- Knowledge of front-end security concepts such as OAuth2/OIDC, CSP, CORS, and XSS prevention.
- Strong focus on clean, maintainable, secure, and performance-oriented code.
- Experience working in collaborative Agile development teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with zoneless Angular or interest in modern Angular's zoneless direction.
- Experience with Angular 20+ Signals and modern state management approaches.
- Experience with @if, @for, and @switch control flow.
- Experience with @defer and performance-focused lazy loading.
- Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Experience moving away from legacy NgModule-based architecture and traditional Angular patterns.
