About the role
We are working with the Controller of a Healthcare organization based in Somerset County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A Associate to join their team. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a generous 401k plan!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce Daily and Weekly Reporting for business leaders while developing more automated and powerful reporting tools.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of FP&A experience preferably in a multi-location healthcare entity
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.), and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
COMPENSATION:
$95,000 - $110,000 + discretionary bonus
