Requirements
- Proven experience in financial model development, spreadsheets mastery, and accounting principles application.
- Strong background in quantitative financial analysis, including expertise in interpreting financial statements and conducting research.
- Familiarity with financial markets knowledge, real estate finance, asset management, and investment banking concepts.
- Proficiency in financial software tools such as Excel (advanced functions), specialized financial modeling platforms, and accounting software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism in presenting complex data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate analysis techniques and experience within the real estate financial market are highly desirable.
