About the role
The ideal candidate will support the company's FP&A function through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting packages.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and key business trends.
- Develop financial models and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist with acquisition and integration activities.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
- Monitor sales, margin, and volume trends.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Adaptive, or Alteryx preferred.
- Team player with a process improvement mindset.
