About the role
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing/corporate finance, preferably within automotive or engineering environments
• Strong experience in standalone and consolidated financial statements
• Hands-on experience in Ind AS implementation, reporting, and compliance
• Strong exposure to inventory accounting, costing, reconciliation, and ageing analysis
• Experience in Direct Taxation, TDS, advance tax, tax audits, and assessments
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA finance modules (FI/CO/MM)
• Experience in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing
• Strong knowledge of GST, Companies Act, and Income Tax compliance
• Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Exposure to AP, AR, GL, and Asset Accounting in SAP
• Team handling and stakeholder management experience
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in SAP FICOMM integration
• Exposure to SAP process optimisation and automation initiatives
• Experience coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Strong analytical, variance analysis, and reporting skills
• Experience in driving internal financial controls (IFC)
• Knowledge of audit trails and compliance reporting in SAP
• Ability to mentor and lead finance teams
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA enhancements and IT coordination
