About the role
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of Accounting Operations (AR, AP, GL and Tax) within China
• Lead and manage month-end finance closing for China including journal entries, GL
account review / verifications and BS reconciliation to ensure compliance with local
statutory requirements, tax regulations, and SWO group policies
• Support Head of Finance on monthly/quarterly management reporting package for local
and APAC review
• Overseas cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory audits and filings
• Engaged in continuous financial process improvement to enhance efficiency and
accuracy
• Other ad-hoc assignments as needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance or Accounting, CPA/ACCA preferred
• 15+ years in hybrid finance roles with proven track record in solid technique accounting,
internal control or planning & analysis
• Have a team-first attitude, be flexible with different finance role back-up, and live a
Growth Mindset – with a focus on continuous, sustainable improvements to drive
forward the vision of the One finance organization
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI, NAV)
• Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
