About the role
Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the complete suite of service and drug codes and pricing conditions in the National Billing System.

Conduct costing analyses of company services s to align with the requirements.

Perform regular industry fee and cost benchmarking to identify efficiency opportunities for departments.

Interpret policies and guidelines from relevant health authorities and collaborate with departments to operationalize these policies effectively.

Ensure the integrity of service cost codes in the designated financial systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as business or finance.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across various levels.
- Proven experience in managing and processing extensive data volumes.
- Proficient in setting business contexts and conveying key insights from data analysis.
- Experience in the healthcare sector with expertise in decision support and activity-based costing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, VBA Macros, PowerPoint, and Word, along with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
