Senior Field Service Engineer Security

About This Role

Ensuring security systems are working optimally and are up-to-date is the core of this senior service engineering role at Honeywell. This position offers an interesting work environment where you will visit places often inaccessible to others, such as government agencies, hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial businesses. You will have a job with a lot of freedom and supportive colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the customer and manage subcontractors
• Configure, program, check, and test the operation of security installations
• Troubleshoot access control, presence systems, CCTV camera surveillance, intrusion, intercom, and building management systems, including associated IT networks

Requirements

• Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of security systems engineer (MBV or TBV), electrical engineering, installation technology, IT, or similar
• Communicative, analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
• Preferably knowledge of building automation systems, servers, and network technology
• Valid driving license B for company car use
• Strong organizational skills, eager to learn, able to prioritize under time pressure, and willing to work on-call shifts
• Already active in this field and in possession of all diplomas
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
