Job Summary: We are seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Analytics and Operations Specialist with 6-8 years of experience in managing business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for turning insights into actionable strategies. This role involves collaborating with business unit stakeholders to drive multiple Operational Excellence (OpEx) programs and enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to develop and implement OpEx programs.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and track operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Prepare and present analytical reports that highlight trends and actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders on operational processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with analytical tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Engineering, BE in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business operations or analytics.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results.
