As a Senior Executive, Community Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community health screening and outreach programmes.
- Ensure smooth event operations and timely delivery of screening reports.
- Monitor programme participation and collaborate with engagement teams to improve outreach efforts.
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of departmental SOPs and operational documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve workflow processes.
- Coordinate procurement activities, monitor budget utilisation, and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Manage and track departmental assets and inventory, including supporting periodic audits.
- Maintain accurate programme and operational databases and records.
- Analyse data and prepare reports or dashboards to identify trends and support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments, community partners, and operational teams to support programme implementation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in healthcare, programme management, or related fields.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
