Senior Executive Commercial Operation Executive

Single Point of Contact for all Export orders:

• Define a single point of contact for all Clusters.
• Develops and Maintains order management system
• Streamline sales, pricing, and order fulfillment workflows to boost efficiency.
• Tracking of order to invoice cycle, Returns, destruction and settlements.

Export and logistic Activities:

• Customer Code creation in ERP System, PFI/Quotation generation, LC coordination with Finance and respective BD team.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth sales execution
• Compilation and handover of All relevant documents to initiate shipment,
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain team.
• Execute process for exports involving multiple functions (Logistic, shipper, buyer, consignee).
• Managing intercompany transactions.

Data analysis and tracking of Performance indicators and Stock Movement:

• Check current open orders/ Partial orders/ returns/ Destructions for all emerging markets and their readiness.
• Track key sales processes, analyze commercial data, and prepare regular performance reports.
• coordination with Supply chain team.

Audit, Compliance and Process Flow:

• Verify adherence to corporate commercial policies, pricing guidelines, and local trade regulations. Record keeping and Query management during Audits
• Identify potential challenges in the process flow, such as coordination between multiple stakeholders, system integration issues, and timely communication.
• Develop strategies to address these challenges to ensure a smooth BD operation.
