As a Senior Executive, Business Development (Gaming Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identify and pursue new market segments and client opportunities to meet acquisition and retention targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and outreach activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, programmes, and initiatives to provide accurate information to clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and preferences to deliver a personalised and positive service experience.
- Host events and coordinate client engagement activities while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage client accounts, including credit administration and collection matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while upholding professional and service excellence standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
