About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Delivery Manager, Migrations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will lead complex cloud transformation and migration engagements that help enterprise customers achieve measurable business outcomes. You will guide readiness assessments, shape technical remediation plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle. The position also requires strong cross-functional leadership to drive accountability, manage risk, and keep multiple workstreams aligned from planning through execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,500 – $204,450 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead cloud transformation engagements to meet business outcomes
- Conduct migration readiness assessments and recommend actionable remediations
- Communicate technical architecture and its implications for cloud migrations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership using data-driven insights
- Govern migration lifecycle with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes
- Drive accountability through transparent communication and proactive risk management
- Lead project communications and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Act as an escalation point for urgent migration blockers
- Mentor peers and lead internal training initiatives on technical literacy
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software delivery roles, such as Delivery Manager or DevOps Engineer
- Proven track record in data migration and platform transformations
- Knowledge of APIs and automations across on-prem and cloud environments
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong skills in influencing customer decisions at senior levels
- Experience negotiating with senior executives
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Over 10 years of experience managing complex technology projects for enterprises
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant experience
