Make An Impact By
- Support and troubleshoot Voice Access network infrastructure to ensure business objectives and network reliability targets are achieved.
- Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities, as well as support project implementation and network upgrades.
- Collaborate with Transmission and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and respond to 24x7 Business As Usual (BAU) operational requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring service level commitments are met.
- Support, maintain, and administer telecommunications and IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Participate in standby and on-call duties, including responding to after-hours activations and critical incidents.
- Maintain operational documentation and adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Perform any other duties and assignments as assigned by the Manager.
Skills For Success
- Nitec in Computer Networking / Information Technology
- CCNA certification is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
