About This Role

This engineering role involves joining the Building Structures team in India to contribute to impactful building projects across global offices. It suits a motivated engineer looking to develop their technical expertise within a supportive, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems, working under general direction
• Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions
• Work on retail and hospitality medium to large projects
• Deliver projects using BIM and relevant discipline software
• Understand specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions
• Be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards
• Work on own initiative, with overall responsibility and accountability for assigned work
• Be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Make decisions, act on own initiative, and operate pro-actively

Requirements

• Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
• 8-12 years of experience in Civil Engineering
• Good communication skills and ability to work well independently at times

Nice to have:

• Experience in UK, UAE, US, Canada, ANZ projects
• Middle East/US/UK experience
