About the role
Job descriptions:
- Provide technical and engineering support to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders across the assigned region.
- Support product qualification, technical promotion, post-sales services (RMA & Diagnostic Tool), and troubleshooting activities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or any related studies
- 1-2 years relevant work experiences
- Experience in Hard disk OR storage related industry will be advantage
