About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.
This leader will shape a value creation agenda that strengthens business performance across a complex consumer portfolio. The role will translate strategic priorities into measurable financial and operational outcomes while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution. It is well suited for a senior operator who can build governance, lead change, and turn improvement opportunities into durable results across the full P&L.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $134,300 – $231,700 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop financial and operational goals aligned to business targets.
- Support the implementation of a new value creation framework.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Assess improvement opportunities across the full P&L.
- Create robust business cases to support and accelerate change.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Establish governance for project implementation and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in supply chain or business strategy in a multinational context or strategic consulting.
- Experience driving change and program leadership in complex environments.
- International exposure and comfort working with diverse teams.
