About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, PDS Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This leader will oversee enterprise sourcing strategy with a focus on construction and project delivery operations across multiple regions. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve procurement performance, strengthen supplier relationships, and support investment decisions through market and data-driven insights. It is an important opportunity to shape sourcing practices that drive efficiency, innovation, and organizational capability in a complex real estate environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple regions
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing strategies
- Champion process innovation and cross-functional collaboration
- Leverage market data for strategic planning and investment decisions
- Manage supplier partnerships and drive innovation
- Oversee RFP processes and contract negotiations
- Enhance organizational capability through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership experience
- 5+ years in construction management or related industries
- Proven record of delivering results through strategic sourcing
- Deep understanding of project delivery and supply chain dynamics
- Proficiency in procurement platforms and data analytics software
