About the role
Ideal Profile A senior diagnostic advisor who understands both the health-system adoption pathway and the payer coverage pathway for novel oncology diagnostics, and can help define the evidence, reimbursement, and commercialization strategy required to support adoption, scalability, and investor discussions. Direct experience in designing or managing a Self-Insured Health Plan or were a vendor that helped companies make that decision, that would be ideal.
