About the Opportunity:
The Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist provides application processing and customer support for multiple clients nationwide. This role ensures accurate rebate processing, responsive customer service, and efficient application management while contributing to strong client relationships and overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to effectively service customers and resolve issues.
• Handle customer service calls with a focus on achieving first-call resolution.
• Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple database applications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a client-centered environment.
• Protect confidential customer information and maintain appropriate data security practices.
• Provide peer training and job-shadowing support as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong memory, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Previous call center, customer service, or chat support experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Superior organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to handle challenging tasks and customer situations professionally.
• Interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental impact.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly pay range of $18–$20.
• Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
• Final compensation will depend on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.
