About This Role
This Senior CRO Manager role is for a category-defining document management platform that is rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. The position suits an individual who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale, owning the full optimization loop end-to-end across the entire user journey.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research, hypothesis design, test rollout, while keeping the cycles short
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum
Requirements
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts
- Funnel + product thinking: ability to think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions
- AI-native workflow: actively integrate AI into daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works
- Design taste: strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert, with the ability to build compelling, detailed visual specs
- Speed and iteration: bias for shipping, preferring two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and keeping the cycle moving
- Analytical depth: skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar
- Execution excellence: remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments
- Ownership: self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication
Nice to have:
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Benefits
- Remote work environment
- Unlimited paid time off
- Paid national holidays
- Company-provided MacBook for all employees who need them
