About the role
We are seeking a Senior CRM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse . The role will focus on designing, developing, testing, and implementing CRM solutions, custom features, integrations, and automated business processes.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of CRM experience and 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse/CDS, .NET/C#, Azure, and Power BI .
- Experience with API/custom connectors, M365 integrations, and portal development .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Must be comfortable with hybrid work in New Haven, CT and occasional on-call support.
