Your work profile
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Recruiting module.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Configure Workday Recruiting module to meet business requirements.
- Set up recruiting specific configurations.
- Implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as needed.
- Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements.
- Configure integrations between recruiting and other relevant HR systems.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers on the usage of Recruiting module.
- Address user inquiries and issues related to module functionality.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
Key skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Workday HCM certification, particularly in Recruiting module.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM (Recruiting) modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes related to Workday Recruiting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Experience with change management and training strategies is a plus.
