Senior Consultant, Procurement

About This Role

The Senior Consultant will work on holistic projects to optimize supply chains and strategic procurement processes for leading global organizations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, engaging with diverse client portfolios across various industries, and taking on initial management responsibilities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups
• Develop suitable strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement process
• Implement strategies and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients
• Work on broad customer portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad for a wide variety of industries and customers
• Work closely with customers, preparing and participating in workshops and negotiations
• Present processes and structures, be a direct contact for customers and build trust by developing industry understanding and engaging effectively in their respective fields
• Help to build knowledge across the company by participating in various practices areas and centers of excellence
• Take on initial management responsibility and guide interns and consultants within your team
• Focus on sharing expertise, fostering learning, and enabling others to grow

Requirements

• University degree from a high-ranking university with strong academic results
• Between 3 and 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement and/or procurement consulting
• Ability to think analytically, be flexible with mobility and have enthusiasm for new tasks
• Be an ambassador of the Inverto culture: Team player, both feet firmly on the ground, fair, fun
• Business fluency in Portuguese and English
