About This Role

Designing and executing diverse client projects in leadership development and management diagnostics, along with change management, is the core of this role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting and have a passion for fostering organizational success through feedback-intensive personnel development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead assessment and development centers as well as discovery days, creating follow-up reports.
• Develop training programs and development initiatives for executives.
• Facilitate large group events (e.g., open space) and team-building measures, or train change agents.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in management consulting with proven expertise in management diagnostics and executive development.
• A completed degree, preferably in psychology, with excellent academic performance.
• High levels of resilience, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
• Proficient language skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to engage with new technologies such as AI for optimizing work processes.
