About This Role
Helping clients transform their planning processes is at the core of this role, developing consulting and technical skills by delivering end-to-end client solutions from design to implementation. This position suits a self-motivated and curious individual who enjoys working in diverse teams and is interested in digital trends and new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Successfully design and deliver Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting solutions (key partners are Anaplan, Oracle EPM, and OneStream) for strategic clients
- Identify client requirements, processes, and business drivers through virtual workshops, supported by Deloitte Best Practices
- Advise on client-focused solutions and articulate and quantify their relative advantages and disadvantages
- Take ownership of deliverables as part of a larger project team
- Engage in business development, including contributing to proposals, thought leadership (e.g., publications and blogs), industry events, offering training, or managing team communication
- Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are valued for their contributions
Requirements
- Master's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Cognitive Computing, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance, or Econometrics
- Time spent on extracurricular activities such as student, study, or sports associations (e.g., board, committees), volunteer work, or experience through relevant internships
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a relevant environment/job
- Self-motivated and curious personality who enjoys taking initiative and ownership
- Interested in working in an international and diverse team
- Excellent command of both English and Dutch, written and spoken
- Strong interest in digital trends and working with new technologies
