Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Consultant – Data & Analytics (Smart Manufacturing) plays a critical role in enabling Smart Manufacturing initiatives by translating manufacturing business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions. This role focuses on capturing and analyzing complex manufacturing data requirements, defining analytics and reporting solutions, and working closely with development, data engineering, IT, and OT teams to design, test, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Operating with minimal supervision, the consultant serves as a bridge between manufacturing stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring analytics products, features, and insights align with operational objectives and deliver measurable business value.
Key Accountabilities

DATA & REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS: Lead analysis of complex manufacturing data, reporting, and analytics requirements across Smart Manufacturing initiatives. Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements; define analytics use cases, solution scope, and acceptance criteria. Act as a functional and solution consultant for analytics-enabled manufacturing capabilities.

DATA ANALYSIS: Conducts complex data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision making.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Cultivates and maintains positive partner´s relationships to understand their data/insight needs, provides insights and finds improvement opportunities, and ensures solutions address key objectives.

SOLUITION TRANSLATION AND DELIVERY: Translate data insights and business requirements into analytics features and reporting capabilities, partnering with development and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, highquality solutions.

COLLABORATION: Work with minimal supervision to collaborate with business partners and cross functional IT and OT teams to align analytics solutions with product vision and operational objectives.

LITERACY: Coaches and advises to mature data consumption and analytics capabilities.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & DATA VALIDATION: Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analyses. Support system integration, testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations
Qualifications

Have an Engineering degree with minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience.

Worked as functional/solution consultant in Manufacturing IT domain involving implementation of one or more initiatives around: MES/MOM, Manufacturing Reporting, Smart Manufacturing

Understand ISA 95, S-88 standards and manufacturing data domain model

Experience with Agile methodology in project implementation

Worked in at least one initiative involving machine learning / AI implementation in smart manufacturing initiative
