(Senior) Construction Manager - Construction Logistics

About This Role

This construction management role focuses on the logistics of various construction projects, ensuring smooth operations on site. It involves planning, advising, coordinating, and taking responsibility for all logistical processes. The position suits a civil engineer specializing in construction logistics who is ready to take on responsibility and contribute ideas from the outset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the conception and creation of construction logistics concepts
• Assist in the economic execution of construction projects, monitor the project budget, and develop countermeasures
• Support and apply cost, supplementary, and change management
• Plan, control, and coordinate all measures in the area of construction site setup and construction logistics
• Create, maintain, and revise construction logistics concepts during the individual construction phases
• Develop creative construction logistics processes and solutions, and advise project managers and client representatives on construction logistics matters

Requirements

• Degree as a construction technician, master craftsman, civil engineer, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of VOB application and technical regulations
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Project, and experience with MicroStation and modeling platforms is desirable
• Interest in programming and knowledge of working with 2D and 3D DGN, DWG
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills, as well as willingness to travel for projects
