To further strengthen the team, we are looking for a Senior Construction Manager who takes responsibility and leads projects to success with passion.
Your Tasks
- Independent management and control of demanding building projects from site setup to handover
- Leadership and coordination of construction managers, foremen, subcontractors, and other project participants
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality specifications
- Conducting construction meetings and coordinating with clients, planners, and specialist engineers
- Responsibility for change management, site documentation, and economic project control
Your Profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction management of building projects
- Sound knowledge in project execution as well as in contract and construction law (VOB)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
