We are seeking a Senior Communications Operations Program Manager to modernize our internal employee experience. In this role, you will optimize enterprise platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage, and build scalable workflow automations using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 to eliminate manual friction. You will also integrate advanced AI tools and Microsoft Copilot into daily operations to accelerate efficiency, while establishing standardized reporting frameworks to deliver data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize enterprise digital workplace platforms, including SharePoint architecture, Viva Engage, and distribution channels, to deliver a cohesive and highly engaging internal employee experience.
- Architect scalable workflow automation utilizing Power Automate and Microsoft 365 capabilities to eliminate manual intake friction and streamline cross-functional approval loops.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot features into daily operations to accelerate content summarization, enhance reporting, and drive team-wide efficiency.
- Establish standardized performance measurement frameworks and reporting systems across all digital channels to surface actionable, data-driven insights for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading communications operations, marketing operations, or platform-focused systems program management within an enterprise environment.
- Deep technical mastery of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a proven ability to design and configure complex SharePoint intranet structures and Power Automate workflows.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling content operations models (from intake and governance to publishing and distribution) that reduce operational overhead.
- Bachelor's degree combined with sophisticated communication skills and an analytical mindset required to steer change management and drive AI tool adoption across complex stakeholder groups.
