About the role
Position
As the (Senior) Client Events Manager, you will lead the development and execution of all client events across South Asia region. You will define the zone's client events strategy in close partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring every activation reflects the maison’s standards of excellence while driving client engagement, brand desirability, and business performance.
Job responsibilities
Regional Strategy
- Define and execute the zone client events strategy in alignment with global maison objectives and business priorities
- Build annual and seasonal event roadmaps across the zone
- Ensure consistency of brand image and client experience across all markets
- Identify innovative opportunities to elevate client engagement and strengthen brand desirability
- Act as the regional expert for client events, providing guidance and best practices to markets
Event Management
- Lead the planning and execution of regional client events from concept to post-event evaluation
- Support local markets in delivering high-quality local activations while ensuring alignment with regional priorities
- Oversee event timelines, production, logistics and operational excellence
- Ensure every event delivers an exceptional experience aligned with Dior standards
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage zone client event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, aligned with the zone's ambitions
- Monitor event ROI, KPIs and client engagement metrics
- Produce post-event analysis and strategic recommendations to continuously improve performance
- Ensure strong governance and budget control across all activations
Profile
- 7-10 years of experience luxury fashion events or retail marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse counterparts at all levels of the organisation
