  1. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Category Manager role is responsible for building and managing the operating system that enables the Americas consumer category to make faster, better, and data-driven decisions. This position drives key business rhythms, translates performance data into actionable insights, and manages program and investment governance to ensure resources focus on the highest-impact growth areas. The role influences senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to accelerate acquisition, renewals, revenue, and long-term customer value.

  1. Responsibilities:

design, manage, and improve the Americas operating cadence including weekly and monthly reviews, investment evaluations, and leadership forums.

• Define clear agendas, decision points, ownership, and escalation paths for business rhythms.

• Ensure regional priorities are visible with transparent risks, opportunities, and actions.

• Develop templates, scorecards, and communication tools to enhance accountability and execution.

• Analyze performance data across multiple metrics to identify key drivers and insights.

• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams to improve data quality and metric consistency.

• Create dashboards and executive narratives to simplify complex business information.

• Translate insights into recommendations influencing execution, planning, investment, and partner strategies.

• Identify emerging risks and opportunities and direct stakeholders toward resolution.

• Support strategy, governance, and execution of category programs and investments across channels.

• Evaluate investment requests, assess ROI, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Drive program rigor including intake, prioritization, tracking, and performance measurement.

• Enhance visibility into program outcomes linking spend to business results.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure program alignment with strategy.

• Influence across matrixed teams and build trust with leadership and partners.

• Connect priorities, insights, and decisions across the category team.

• Provide structure to ambiguous problems and guide decision-making.

• Model accountability, curiosity, partnership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

  1. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.

• Experience building performance reports, business reviews, dashboards, narratives, or operating rhythms.

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Preferred: Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or equivalent.
