Senior Caregiver

About This Role

Caring for an older adult in their home is the core of this role, providing companion-level care and light assistance with daily routines. This position suits a compassionate and dependable caregiver who values building a meaningful, long-term relationship with a client in a positive home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Offer homemaker services such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to help ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team
• Provide companionship
• Light assistance with bathing
• Help support a safe, comfortable daily routine

Requirements

• Passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact
• Able to connect effortlessly with clients, families, and team members
• At least two years of homecare agency experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to excellence
