About This Role
This role involves caring for an elderly man who lives alone in Waiblingen, Germany. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and manage household tasks, suiting a responsible and calm individual with good German language skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with washing (daily toilet, general bath 1-2 times a week), dressing, combing hair, applying cream, morning and evening toilet, washing hair
- Change diapers
- Assist with transfers
- Do shopping
- Accompany to doctor's visits
- Spend time together, go for walks, provide emotional support
- Control medication intake if necessary (medication already prepared and divided)
- Prepare meals (minimum 3 daily)
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the home
Requirements
- Responsible, calm, with experience
- Good knowledge of German language
- Non-smoker
